ACCOUNTING OFFICER ( AO )
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory
- Archiving all accounting transactions and taxation documents
- Examine and process invoices from vendors/suppliers
- Prepare financial statements and related management reports
- Registering and modification of financial data
- Provide instruction and guidance to other departments related to accounting and financial transaction records
- Organize petty cash
- Other supporting activities
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 30 years old
- Min. D3 Majoring Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75
- Having tax knowledge is preferred
- Experience with Import/Export is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and meet assigned schedule
- Excellence in speaking English both spoken and written is an advantage
- Self-motivation, with drive and enthusiasm
